- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1 cup corn kernels
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 4 large tortillas
- 1 cup fresh salsa
- In a large bowl, combine cooked rice, black beans, corn, cumin, and chili powder.
