  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 4 hoagie rolls
  • 4 slices provolone cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add the sliced onion and green bell pepper and cook until softened.
  3. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks.
  4. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Place the sliced provolone cheese on top of the beef mixture and cover until melted.
  6. Serve the mixture in hoagie rolls.
