  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup panko bread crumbs
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sriracha sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, Sriracha, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. In another bowl, beat the eggs.
  4. Coat the shrimp in flour, dip in the egg, then coat with panko bread crumbs.
  5. Place the breaded shrimp in the air fryer basket, making sure they are not overcrowded.
  6. Air fry for about 8-10 minutes until golden and crispy, shaking the basket halfway through.
  7. Serve hot with the Bang Bang sauce for dipping.
