- 4 pounds pork shoulder
- 2 cups apple cider
- 1 onion chopped
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C).
