- 2 tablespoons curry powder
- 1 tablespoon allspice
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper

- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 1 scotch bonnet pepper, whole
