  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 2 teaspoons instant yeast
  • 1 ½ cups warm water
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary
  • Coarse sea salt for topping

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix flour, salt, sugar, and instant yeast.
  2. Add warm water and olive oil; mix until a sticky dough forms.
  3. Cover the bowl with a damp cloth and let it rise for about 1 hour.
  4. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  5. Grease a baking sheet and transfer the dough onto it.
  6. Press your fingers into the dough to create dimples, and top with rosemary and coarse sea salt.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
