  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Trim and halve the Brussels sprouts.
  3. In a bowl, combine Brussels sprouts, chopped turkey bacon, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Spread the mixture evenly on a baking sheet.
