- 1 head green cabbage
- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 1 cup chicken ham, diced
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 4 cups vegetable broth
- 2 cups diced tomatoes
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup carrots, sliced
- 1 cup celery, sliced
- In a large pot, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside.
- Add diced chicken ham, onion, and garlic to the pot and sauté until the onion is translucent.
- Add the chopped cabbage, vegetable broth, diced tomatoes, and all spices. Stir well.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and let simmer for 30 minutes.
- Stir in the carrots and celery and cook for an additional 10 minutes.
