Deliciously sweet blueberry cream cheese egg rolls that are easy to make and perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 8 egg roll wrappers
  • 1 cup oil for frying

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine blueberries, cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until well mixed.
  2. Place about 2 tablespoons of the mixture in the center of each egg roll wrapper.
  3. Fold the wrapper and seal the edges with a little water.
  4. In a frying pan, heat oil over medium heat.
  5. Fry the egg rolls until golden brown on both sides.
  6. Remove from oil and place on paper towels to drain excess oil.
  7. Serve warm with powdered sugar or dipping sauce.

Notes

  • For a sweeter taste, add more sugar to the filling.
  • Make sure the oil is hot enough before frying.
