  • 8 ounces elbow macaroni
  • 4 ounces Boursin cheese
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, cook turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and chop into pieces.
  3. In the same skillet, melt butter, then stir in flour and cook for about 1 minute.
  4. Gradually add milk, stirring constantly until thickened.
  5. Add Boursin cheese, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, and pepper. Stir until smooth.
  6. Combine cooked pasta and bacon with cheese sauce. Mix well.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy!
