  • 1 pre-made pizza crust
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped green bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup diced tomatoes
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cook the turkey bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy, then chop into pieces.
  3. In the same skillet, add olive oil and sauté the green bell pepper until soft.
  4. Spread the pre-made pizza crust on a baking sheet.
  5. Layer the ingredients on the pizza: start with shredded mozzarella, then add the turkey bacon, sautéed peppers, and diced tomatoes.
  6. Crack the eggs on top of the pizza, being careful to keep them whole.
  7. Season with salt and pepper.
  8. Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the eggs are cooked to your liking.
  9. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before slicing.
