A deliciously creamy and comforting Broccoli Cheddar Soup infused with the savory taste of turkey bacon.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 slices turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 4 cups vegetable broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, cook the turkey bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and set aside.
  2. Add the onion and garlic to the pot and sauté until softened.
  3. Stir in the flour and cook for a minute before gradually adding the vegetable broth.
  4. Bring to a simmer and add the broccoli. Cook until tender.
