Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix flour, brown sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
  2. In another bowl, whisk together milk, egg, and melted butter.
  3. Combine wet and dry ingredients and stir until just mixed.
  4. Heat a skillet over medium heat and pour 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake.
  5. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown.
  6. In a separate pan, cook turkey bacon until crispy.
  7. Serve pancakes warm, topped with bacon.
