2 cups shredded cooked chicken
1 cup buffalo sauce
1 package lasagna noodles
2 cups ricotta cheese
1 cup ranch dressing
3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon dried parsley
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a bowl, mix shredded chicken with buffalo sauce.
In another bowl, combine ricotta cheese, ranch dressing, garlic powder, onion powder, and dried parsley.
In a baking dish, spread a layer of the chicken mixture.
Add a layer of lasagna noodles on top.
Spread a layer of the ricotta mixture over the noodles.
Repeat the layers until ingredients are used up, finishing with a layer of noodles topped with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
Remove foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes until bubbly.
Let it cool before serving.
Notes
For a spicier version, add extra buffalo sauce on top.
Can be prepared a day in advance and baked when ready to serve.
