  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Line a loaf pan with parchment paper, leaving overhang on the sides.
  3. In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar together until smooth.
  4. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  5. Stir in the vanilla extract and heavy cream until fully combined.
  6. Gently fold in the flour and salt until just combined.
  7. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
  8. Bake for about 50-60 minutes or until the top is dark brown and the center is set but slightly jiggly.
  9. Let it cool in the pan before refrigerating for at least 4 hours or overnight.
