1 box yellow cake mix
3 large eggs
1 cup water
1 cup chopped pecans
1 14-ounce can sweetened condensed milk
1 cup caramel sauce
1 cup whipped topping
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large bowl, combine yellow cake mix, eggs, and water. Mix until smooth.
Pour the batter into a greased 9×13 inch pan and bake for 30-35 minutes.
Let cool for 10 minutes, then poke holes all over the cake with a fork.
In a separate bowl, combine sweetened condensed milk and caramel sauce, then pour over the cake.
Allow the cake to soak for at least an hour.
In a mixing bowl, combine whipped topping, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract, and spread over the cake.
Sprinkle chopped pecans on top before serving.
