Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk eggs and sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, then fold in the grated carrots.
