  • 8 eggroll wrappers
  • 2 cups cream cheese
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 quart oil for frying

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. Place a spoonful of the cream cheese mixture on the center of each eggroll wrapper.
  3. Add a few chocolate chips on top of the cream cheese mixture.
  4. Roll the wrapper, folding in the sides to seal the filling inside.
  5. Heat oil in a deep skillet and fry the eggrolls until golden brown.
  6. Remove from oil and let drain on paper towels.
