  • 4 medium zucchinis
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium heat.
  2. Slice the zucchinis into 1-inch thick steaks.
  3. In a bowl, mix the olive oil, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Brush the zucchini steaks with the mixture on both sides.
  5. Grill the zucchinis for about 5-7 minutes on each side or until tender.
  6. In the last few minutes of grilling, sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top and close the lid until melted.
  7. Remove from grill and serve warm.
