  • 1 cup ranch dressing
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the diced potatoes, smoked sausage, ranch dressing, garlic powder, black pepper, and olive oil.
  3. Stir until the potatoes are well coated.
  4. Spread the mixture in a baking dish.
