- 1 pound sirloin steak, diced
- 1 cup long-grain rice
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 cup queso cheese, shredded
- 1 cup bell pepper, diced
- 1/2 cup onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
