  • 1 cup long-grain rice
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup queso cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup bell pepper, diced
  • 1/2 cup onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add diced steak and season with salt, pepper, chili powder, and cumin. Cook until browned.
  2. Add onions, garlic, and bell peppers to the skillet. Sauté until softened.
