  • 2 medium zucchinis
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Grate the zucchinis and place them in a clean towel to remove excess moisture.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the zucchinis, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, egg, flour, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and salt. Mix well.
  4. Spread the mixture evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
