A creamy and rich Chicken Alfredo Pasta that’s elevated with the delightful addition of turkey bacon.

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces fettuccine pasta
  • 6 slices turkey bacon
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then crumble and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add olive oil and minced garlic; sauté for 1 minute.
  4. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  5. Stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  6. Add the cooked pasta and crumbled bacon; mix until well combined.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

  • For a lighter version, substitute heavy cream with half-and-half.
