- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup carrots, diced
- 1 cup celery, diced
- 1 cup onion, chopped
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 2 cups biscuit mix
- 1 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
- In a large pot, combine chicken, carrots, celery, onion, and chicken broth. Bring to a boil over medium heat.
- In a separate bowl, mix biscuit mix with milk and thyme to form a dough.
- Drop spoonfuls of the dough into the boiling soup.
