- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 cup corn, frozen or canned
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 cup salsa
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 2 cups shredded cheese, divided
- 1 tortilla chips, for topping
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, black beans, corn, taco seasoning, salsa, and rice. Mix well.
- In a greased baking dish, layer half of the mixture, followed by half of the cheese.
- Repeat the layers with the remaining mixture and cheese on top.
