  • 2 cups penne pasta
  • 1 cup turkey bacon, diced
  • 1 cup chicken ham, sliced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add the turkey bacon and chicken ham to the skillet. Cook until browned.
  4. Pour in the heavy cream and stir well. Bring to a simmer.
  5. Add the cooked penne pasta and parmesan cheese. Toss to combine.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.

Notes

  • This dish can be made ahead and stored in the refrigerator.
  • Reheat in a skillet with a splash of milk if it gets too thick.
