  • 1 cup celery, chopped
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream

  • 1 teaspoon thyme
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, sauté onions, carrots, and celery until tender.
