Delicious and easy no-bake chocolate peanut butter balls made with Rice Krispies.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 2 cups Rice Krispies cereal
  • 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix peanut butter and honey until well combined.
  2. Add in the Rice Krispies and stir until evenly coated.
  3. Form mixture into balls and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  4. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips and coconut oil together until smooth.
  5. Dip each ball into the melted chocolate, coating completely, and return them to the baking sheet.
  6. Refrigerate until set, about 30 minutes.
