- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup butter, melted
- 16 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 cup additional sugar for topping
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C) and grease a baking pan.
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter to form the crust.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of the greased pan and set aside.
- In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth, then add sour cream, vanilla, and eggs, mixing well.
