3 ripe bananas
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
1 cup granulated sugar
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×5 inch loaf pan.
In a mixing bowl, mash the bananas and then mix in the melted butter.
Add in the sugar, eggs, and vanilla, mixing well.
Stir in the baking soda and salt before gradually adding the flour and cinnamon.
Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
Bake for 60-65 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let it cool in the pan for about 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely.
