A delicious twist on classic coleslaw with turkey bacon.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 head green cabbage, shredded
  • 1/4 cup carrots, shredded
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the shredded cabbage and carrots.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
  3. Pour the dressing over the cabbage and carrots, and mix well.
  4. Fold in the crumbled turkey bacon.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
