  • 400 grams spaghetti
  • 150 grams turkey bacon
  • 150 grams chicken ham
  • 2 eggs
  • 100 ml heavy cream
  • 50 grams grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente.
  2. In a pan, cook the turkey bacon and chicken ham until crispy.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, heavy cream, and grated Parmesan cheese.
  4. Add minced garlic to the pan and sauté for a minute.
  5. Drain the spaghetti and add it to the pan, mixing well.
  6. Remove from heat and quickly stir in the egg mixture until creamy.
  7. Season with salt and black pepper.
