  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 3 large eggs

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the cottage cheese, pumpkin puree, and sugar.
  3. Add in the eggs and mix until well blended.
