1 cup diced chicken ham
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt

Shape the mixture into four equal patties.
Cook the patties on a preheated grill or skillet over medium heat for about 5-6 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
If using cheese, place a slice on each patty during the last minute of cooking, covering to melt.
Toast the hamburger buns on the grill or skillet for 1-2 minutes.
Assemble the burgers with your favorite toppings and serve.
Notes
For added flavor, you can marinate the patties for a few hours before cooking.
Top with avocado or your favorite sauce for a twist.
