- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tablespoon grated orange zest
- 1 cup fresh cranberries
- 1/2 cup streusel topping
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
