  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1 cup cranberry sauce
  • 2 cups stuffing mix
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup chopped celery
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 eggs

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, cranberry sauce, stuffing mix, onion, celery, parsley, salt, pepper, and eggs.
  3. Mix well until all ingredients are combined.
  4. Form the mixture into balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
  5. Place the balls on a greased baking sheet.
