1 pound ground turkey
1 cup cranberry sauce
2 cups stuffing mix
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/4 cup chopped parsley
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
2 eggs
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, cranberry sauce, stuffing mix, onion, celery, parsley, salt, pepper, and eggs.
Mix well until all ingredients are combined.
Form the mixture into balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
Place the balls on a greased baking sheet.
Bake for 25-30 minutes or until cooked through and golden brown.
