- 4 cups sliced mushrooms
- 6 slices turkey bacon
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon fresh thyme
- 1 tablespoon parsley, chopped
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
