  • 4 cups potatoes, diced
  • 1 cup celery, chopped
  • 1 cup carrots, diced
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the onions, celery, and carrots, and cook until tender.
