- 1 package cheese tortellini
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup carrots, diced
- 1 cup celery, diced
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
