  • 4 pieces turkey bacon
  • 2 pounds chicken breasts
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, cook the turkey bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and set aside.
  2. In the same skillet, add the chicken breasts and cook until browned on both sides.
  3. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
  4. Pour in the heavy cream and chicken broth, then stir in the Italian seasoning. Simmer for 10-15 minutes.
  5. Return the bacon to the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and cook until the sauce thickens.
