  • 4 ounces turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 6 ounces chicken ham, diced
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a greased baking dish, layer half of the sliced potatoes.
  3. Sprinkle half of the turkey bacon and chicken ham over the potatoes.
  4. In a bowl, mix the heavy cream with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Pour half over the layers in the baking dish.
  5. Repeat the layers with the remaining potatoes, meat, and cream mixture. Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
  6. Bake covered with foil for about 45 minutes, then remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes until golden and bubbly.
