A delicious and creamy pasta dish featuring sun-dried tomatoes, capers, and fresh dill, perfect for a quick weeknight dinner.

  • 8 ounces pasta of choice
  • 1 cup sun-dried tomatoes
  • 3 tablespoons capers
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
  3. Add sun-dried tomatoes and capers to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.

  6. Stir in fresh dill and season with salt and pepper.
