A delicious and easy recipe for creamy sun-dried tomato pasta that incorporates turkey bacon for added flavor.

  • 8 ounces pasta of choice
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup sun-dried tomatoes
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and chop when cool.
  3. Add the garlic and sun-dried tomatoes to the skillet, sauté for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
