  • 8 ounces pasta
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1 cup sun-dried tomatoes
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and crumble.
  3. Add garlic to the skillet and sauté until fragrant.
  4. Stir in sun-dried tomatoes and spinach, cooking until spinach wilts.
  5. Add heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted.
  6. Toss the cooked pasta in the skillet and combine well with the sauce.
  7. Season with salt and pepper, and top with crumbled bacon before serving.
