1 pound ground beef
1 packet taco seasoning
12 taco shells
1 cup shredded cheese
1 cup lettuce, shredded
1 cup diced tomatoes
1 cup sour cream
1 cup salsa
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef, then drain excess fat.
Add the taco seasoning and water, and simmer for 5 minutes.
Place taco shells in a baking dish and fill each with the beef mixture.
Top with shredded cheese.
