  • 4 guajillo peppers
  • 2 ancho peppers
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 bay leaves

  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 4 cups beef broth
  • 12 corn tortillas
  • 1 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1 lime, cut into wedges

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan and brown the beef on all sides.
  2. Blend guajillo and ancho peppers with onion, garlic, and spices to make a sauce.
  3. Transfer the browned beef and sauce to the Crock Pot.
