Ingredients

  • 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 2 cups biscuit dough, refrigerated
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken breasts in the crockpot.
  2. Pour the chicken broth and condensed cream of chicken soup over the chicken.
  3. Add the frozen vegetables, onion powder, garlic powder, thyme, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours until the chicken is cooked through.
  5. Shred the chicken and return it to the pot.
  6. Drop spoonfuls of biscuit dough on top of the mixture.
  7. Cover and cook for an additional 1-2 hours on high until the dumplings are cooked through.
