- 2 pounds boneless chicken thighs
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon dried parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 package refrigerated biscuit dough
- In the crockpot, add chicken thighs, cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, parsley, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours until chicken is cooked through.
- Shred the chicken in the crockpot using two forks.
