1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup unsalted butter
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup powdered sugar
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Remove from heat and add the flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt. Stir until combined.
Beat in the eggs one at a time until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
Using a piping bag or spoon, form small balls of dough on the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
While the churro bites are still warm, roll them in a mixture of cinnamon and powdered sugar.
