  • 1.5 pounds chicken breast
  • 1 cup tzatziki sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large baking dish, spread the cooked rice evenly.
  3. Place the chicken breast on top of the rice.
  4. Spread the tzatziki sauce over the chicken, then sprinkle garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
